I guide the group’s work toward its objective, ensuring that all members participate equally. We use a variety of collaborative working methods.


Facilitation is well suited for workshops with goals such as creating a shared vision or action plan, or developing a common understanding of roles, responsibilities, and job descriptions. A facilitated discussion or process benefits the entire organization, while often being highly meaningful for each individual participant.

Ulla Sara-aho

Mediator, challenger, spotlight-shiner, facilitator, explorer, developer, energizer, motivator, bridge-builder… In other words, I mediate, supervise, train, and facilitate.


Since 2008, I have worked as a promoter of mediation, trainer, developer, and mediator. I have collaborated with work communities, work groups, and teams, as well as organizational leaders, and I have also served as a front-line manager in workplaces of various sizes for over two decades.


I have learned that people learn, grow, and develop in relation to others. That is why one of my most important tasks is to create a safe space—one where people can be fully present as themselves, be heard, and feel understood, accepted, and hopeful. When these needs are met, strong connections are built, providing a solid foundation for collaborative action.
